When a rapper names a song after the woman in his life, this is when it’s clear things are getting serious. This wasn’t always the trend, though. In 2002, Jay featured Beyonce on “’03 Bonnie & Clyde.” The following two decades have seen artists in relationships make songs together and rappers dedicate songs to their women.
Quando Rondo is one of the younger rappers in the game. Still, Quando Rondo has been making moves for the past five years. On a mainstream level, Quando Rondo is best known for appearing on NBA Youngboy’s “I Am Who They Say I Am,” which was a radio hit. But, Quando Rondo keeps a consistent flow of new music out. Recently, Quando Rondo returned with his newest single. With this one, Quando Rondo got Valentine’s Day started early. He delivered his single, “Jakiyah,” and returned with the music video for the song.
