Lil Wayne has had a hell of a 2021. He was initially scheduled to be sentenced in March, over his December 2019 felony gun possession case. Wayne ended up being pardoned by Donald Trump, in his last day as president, though. Wayne went on to appear on a huge record in May, which was Nicki Minaj’s “Seeing Green,” which also included Drake. That song appeared on the rerelease of Nicki’s classic 2009 “Beam Me Up Scotty” mixtape.
Wayne’s Young Money record label has also been very dominant for over a decade now, as he’s signed the likes of Drake and Nicki. Now, Wayne is showing off his label proudly, as he recently bought a huge, iced out YM chain.
