Lil Reese – “He Say, She Say” [VIDEO]

Lil Reese returns with He Say She Say music video

It’s crazy that it’s been almost ten years since Lil Reese was introduced to the masses. When the world first met Lil Reese, he was Chief Keef’s right hand man. He was a key part of the 2012 Chicago drill wave that took over the game. They went from being local Chicago rappers to being in Paris, recording with Kanye West.

Lil Reese would end up signing with Def Jam, to much fanfare. But, like most of the rappers who got signed, during that era, Reese had to restructure. There were many rappers who wound up being dropped, or had to buy their contracts out. The Chicago rappers ended up either becoming moguls or becoming rap stars. In the case of Lil Durk, he became both.

Recently, Lil Reese returned with new music. A decade later, Reese is likely still known for his single, “Us,” which Drake jumped on. A few days ago, he dropped the Grim Reaper EP. The standout track on the project is “He Say, She Say.” Lil Reese dropped the music video for this single, last week, to much fanfare.
