LeBron James airballs clutch three and hits Luka Doncic in the head | Mavericks at Lakers [VIDEO]

LeBron James airballs clutch three and hits Luka Doncic in the head

Despite how bad it looks, LeBron James said he is not giving up on the Lakers until it’s over. There is a small window for the Lakers. While the Lakers won’t win 50 games, this year, they can still make the playoffs through the play-in. The top six seeds are occupied by the Suns, Warriors, Grizzlies, Jazz, Mavericks, and Nuggets. Last night, the Lakers had another chance to prove themselves, playing against the Dallas Mavericks.

LeBron James is a leader, so he is speaking as a leader should. But, LeBron James is also human, so he has voiced his frustrations with the team. The pundits, though, have said that LeBron James has no reason to be upset. After all, the front office of the Lakers gave LeBron the teammates he asked for. It was LeBron who pushed for Dwight Howard, Russell Westbrook, and Carmelo Anthony to be on the team. Along with them, he also wanted Rajon Rondo, who is now gone.

Frustration and fatigue is setting in for the Lakers and it showed, last night. Hosting the Mavericks, the Lakers mounted a comeback and it was a close game, down to the finish. LeBron James tried to close the game out, but he airballed a clutch three-pointer. Him missing that shot effectively decided the game. Then, on the way back down the floor, LeBron accidentally hit Luka Doncic in the head. That sums up the Lakers of 2022.
