LeBron forces Frank Vogel to challenge foul called on him
From the moment, LeBron James began playing in the NBA, he was the face of the league. His original jersey number says it all. During his early years, LeBron was humble, often shying away from people calling him great. When he was young, he was reluctant to refer to his team as “my team,” not comfortably doing that until 2007, when he made his first of many NBA Finals appearances.
LeBron James became more outspoken, when he began playing for the Miami Heat. This is when the media and the world turned against James. Because of his televised decision to leave the Cavaliers, for the Heat, LeBron was made out to be a villain. Tired of the backlash, LeBron embraced it, for a while, but eventually let it go.
However, LeBron James has remained outspoken, on and off the court. On the court, against the Orlando Magic, there was a foul called against LeBron. Immediately, he plead his case with the referees, who decided to hold the call up. LeBron James then pressured the Lakers’ coach, Frank Vogel, to challenge the call, which he did.
