Kendrick Lamar Says He’s “Smoking On Your Top Five,” in Preview of Upcoming Featured Verse, on Baby Keem’s “Family Ties” Single [VIDEO]

Fans have been longing for new music from Kendrick Lamar for over three years now. That’s changing this Friday, as he will be featured on Baby Keem’s new “Family Ties” single.

In a leaked snippet of Kendrick’s verse, he seems to be calling out his competition again. In this record, he is heard saying “Smoking on your top five tonight.” This definitely gives off the vibes that Kendrick did in 2013, with his feature on Big Sean’s “Control.”

Kendrick also made a huge announcement last week, where he said his next album will be his lsat one on the TDE label. He’s been signed to them for over 15 years. His previous album was “DAMN” in April 2017, which was his fourth album, a number one project, and also won a Pulitzer Prize.

Hopefully, new Kendrick singles will be on the way soon. In the meantime though, fan can enjoy Baby Keem & Kendrick’s “Family Ties” collab, which drops on August 27.
