For the most part, the Grizzlies coasted through the regular season, with only the Phoenix Suns finishing with a better record.
Karl-Anthony Towns entered Game 3 with a focus on the Timberwolves taking a 2-1 lead over the Memphis Grizzlies. Ja Morant had other plans and he wanted to put Karl-Anthony Towns on a poster, like he’s done so many others. However, Karl-Anthony Towns wasn’t having any of that, as he gave Ja Morant all he could handle. When Ja Morant went up, Karl-Anthony Towns brought him down, and the refs did not call a foul on KAT.
