James Harden goes down with injury vs Cavs
On paper, the Brooklyn Nets should be the NBA’s best team. Even before Harden arrived, the Nets already boasted Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. Those two seem to be enough for an automatic 50 win season and a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals. However, KD was injured the first year they played, and the second year, Kyrie was injured.
When the Brooklyn Nets’ Big 3 play together, though, the Nets are 13-3. If the Nets were to stay healthy, and at that pace, they would be the NBA’s best team. Even with everything that’s gone wrong, they hold the two seed in the East. Last season, there were reports of the Nets having drama, before Harden arrived. They won only 48 games, in a shortened season, and got upset by the eventual champion Bucks, in the second round.
Considered one of the NBA’s most-controversial players, James Harden doesn’t get the respect he feels he deserves. But, there’s one thing about being a champion, there’s nothing anyone can take away from that. Today, the Nets took on the Cavaliers, in Cleveland, which means Kyrie Irving was in town to take on his old team. The game ended up being a loss, as James Harden went down with an injury, late in the third quarter.
