Each year, the hip hop world is presented with one breakout artist. This year, there were several stars who emerged. Atlanta’s Ca$h Out was among the first breakout stars of 2012, with his “Cashin’ Out” single. Taken from his It’s My T.I.M.E. mixtape, Ca$h Out immediately became one of the biggest stars in the game.

Spawning several remixes from the biggest names in the rap game, Ca$h Out literally watched his dreams come true. Billed by the world as a one hit wonder, Ca$h Out set out to prove his critics wrong. As he said during his November 2012 interview with Hip Hop Vibe, Ca$h Out proved this with “Hold Up,” featuring Wale.

Not an official rookie, since he did not release an album and not as big of a draw as many other artists, Hip Hop Vibe had to mention Ca$h Out. Over the past year, not only has he become a star, Ca$h Out has also become a friend to the Hip Hop Vibe team. If there are any honorable mentions in 2012, Ca$h Out has to be one of them.
