Giannis forces overtime by drawing wild offensive foul vs Kevin Durant

Last season, the Milwaukee Bucks upset the Brooklyn Nets on their way to the championship. This was a title many felt the Brooklyn Nets would win. Instead, Giannis led the Bucks to an improbable comeback against the Nets, in a Game 7. Most Nets fans viewed this season as the redemption season. Where the Phoenix Suns are is where the Nets were predicted to be. Instead, the Nets are on the outside looking in, at the playoffs.

The Milwaukee Bucks have also struggled this season. Injuries caught up to the Bucks, but Giannis has continued his MVP play. Even with the Bucks struggling as bad as they have, they still have a shot at the first seed in the East. While the Celtics, Bulls, and Cavs are still a threat, the Bucks have essentially locked up the second seed, after beating Philadelphia. A game-winning play from Giannis is what saved the Bucks in Philadelphia.

In Brooklyn, Giannis had another game-saving play that sent the game into overtime. The Nets had all but won tonight’s game in regulation. At the end of regulation, Giannis seemingly shoved Kevin Durant, but the play was reviewed. After watching the tape, the refs saw Kevin Durant made the initial contact with Giannis. This led to free throws on the other end for the Bucks, sending the game into overtime, where they won.
