What DeAndre Jordan did is the best way to describe the Lakers’ season. This is a squad that can’t seem to get it together. Every time it looks like the Lakers are going to right the ship, something else goes wrong with them. DeAndre Jordan got the rebound, after the Lakers battled for the ball. With no one to pass to Jordan took the ball up court. He looked like he saw someone, so he threw a long pass, right into the stands.
In 2019, the Lakers revamped their roster, and won the 2020 championship. The role players from that team earned contracts with other teams. For the Lakers, they continued the good play through the first part of the season. After losing in the first round to the Suns, the Lakers went through another revamp. Much of the 2020 roster was restored, but the play isn’t the same. The Lakers have struggled, while the Suns, Warriors, Grizzlies, Jazz, Nuggets, and Mavericks have dominated.
DeAndre Jordan was doing his part to get the Lakers back right. Instead, they were getting blown out by the Pelicans. In the third quarter, DeAndre Jordan got a rebound, and tried to throw it down court. Instead, he threw the ball into the stands.
