Coi Leray Gets Destroyed on Twitter Again, For Her XXL Freshman Cypher, as She Thinks She Had The Best Freestyle [VIDEO]

Coi Leray has been one of the biggest breakout artists of 2021, as she’s put out consistent hits. These include the platinum single “No More Parties” remix feat. Lil Durk, “Big Purrd” feat. Pooh Shiesty, “Bout Me,” and “At The Top,” feat. Kodak Black and Mustard. The New Jersey artist is also on the cover of this year’s XXL Freshman cover.

Coi’s cypher freestyle video was released on Tuesday, and it’s safe to say that a lot of people weren’t feeling it at all. Social media criticized her for her lack of lyricism, bars, and not being able to rhyme. This comes after her regular freestyle was recently released.

At the end of the freestyle, many believed that Coi ran out of things to say, so she kept saying “We getting money” and decided to twerk to close it out. She is getting tons of criticism, but still believes she and Lekeyah had the best cyphers.

“You thought I was about to spit the hottest fire flame. Let me tell y’all something…I feel like, personally, I had the best XXL freestyle. Me and Lakeyah fa sho had the best XXL freestyle. Especially my whole class of the cyphers. I haven’t even heard the cyphers, other cyphers yet. And I know we had the best cypher. Especially me.”

Coi appears to still be ignoring the noise though, and she is still putting out hits, and is enjoying her relationship with Pressa. Her debut studio album is also on the way.
