Chicago Bulls’ mascot tried to fight Devin Booker
Historically, Devin Booker hasn’t gotten along with mascots from other teams. Devin Booker is a rising star in the NBA. The first five years of Booker’s career saw him post historic numbers for a historically bad Phoenix Suns team. Last season, Chris Paul joined the Suns, and they went straight to the NBA Finals. Despite losing to the Bucks, the Suns played an impressive series, and are back on the map.
Quietly, the Phoenix Suns have posted the NBA’s best record, this season. Despite losing two out of their three games, against the Golden State Warriors, the Phoenix Suns lead them by two games for the league’s best record. With the Warriors on an eight game winning streak, the Suns have pressure to keep performing.
Tonight, the Suns visited the Chicago Bulls, who are currently battling the Miami Heat for the East’s best record. The Suns would go to Chicago and leave with an easy win over the Bulls. Given D-Book’s history with the mascots, Benny The Bull tried to get down there and distract him at the free throw line. Bulls’ security would hold him back.
