In the era of streaming, most independent artists have bypassed the whole DJ element for their projects. But, this was the exact reason that Blvck Krown went the DJ route for their new project. Residing in North Carolina, they went out and did it big with DJ E. Sudd.
A decade ago, DJ E Sudd rose to fame as 2 Chainz’ DJ, when he was taking over the game. In North Carolina, E Sudd was obviously already well-known. Over the past decade, Blvck Krown’s duo, Don Yolo and King Khoi, have pushed themselves into the conversation. For a year, Don Yolo traveled the state of North Carolina, and has met with all of the major players.
After his time on the road, Don Yolo came home, and he and King Khoi got to work. Their new project, Step Brothers, has been out for nearly a month, but the grind never stops. For well over a month, Blvck Krown has teased the “There For Me” music video. This week, the duo dropped the music video, which features DJ E Sudd.
