Vivica A. Fox said, without saying, to Claudia Jordan, on her Fox Soul show, "One on One with Claudia Jordan," that she thinks NeNe Leakes is abusing drugs. Fox never actually said the words, but she did touch her nose, and Claudia Jordan added "the sweating." Then, when asking about the rehab, Fox questioned if NeNe was going for mental rehab, or something else.
