Two black Miami-Dade police officers, Roderick Flowers and Keith Edwards, arrested by DEA, accused of drug trafficking; Duo was inspired by Martin Lawrence and Will Smith’s “Bad Boys” film franchise

Keith Edwards (left) and Roderick Flowers (right) were arrested by the DEA, in Miami, accused of being involved in drug trafficking. The two men are cops, themselves, and are accused of being set up by a source working with DEA agents posing as members of the Mexican cartel. Accused of helping, as muscle, as the drug deal, which consisted of (fake) cocaine, as the whole deal was arranged by DEA agents, one of whom allegedly told the officers "Welcome to the Sinaloa cartel," and claims the men laughed, as they drove off.
