Awaiting a doctor's appointment, Heather decided to visit a nearby store, where she encountered an angry woman, with two children with her, going off on the store clerks for not allowing her to return an item that she did not have with her, which goes against store policy. When the woman saw Sprague filming, she flipped her off, with both fingers, and walked over to cough on her, seeing that she had a mask on. The video has gone viral, on Facebook and Twitter, with people going in on how cruel the angry woman was.
