Ronald Lindsey is the uncle of a seven-year-old boy, who faced trauma and abuse, in his second grade class. The abuse came at the hands of Geraldine Cook, his teacher, who is facing a lawsuit, being accused of choking the little boy, and the Roseville, Minnesota school is being accused of trying to cover the whole thing up. Other claims include Cook segregating the black students from the rest of the class and forcing them to sit with their arms behind their back, as if they are being arrested.
