An officer, named Luke Courtier was wrongly blamed for shooting Jacob Blake, when he wasn't even on the scene. Rusten Shesky is the officer, who shot Jacob Blake, grabbed his arm, and unloaded seven shots on him. Shesky is a resource officer, working at Bradford High School.
