Nicki Minaj called out one of her biggest fans, @alzminaj, on Twitter. Knowing Nicki follows her, @alzminaj shared a photo of a random baby boy, claiming he was Nicki's child, complete with a fake name for the baby. Seeing this, Nicki called @alzminaj out, told her to delete the photo of the baby, and then she blocked the fan.
