It’s now been a week, since the tragic murder of Young Dolph, in his hometown of Memphis. He was shot and killed at Makeda’s Homemade Butter Coolkies, in south Memphis. Dolph’s killers are still at-large.
In the meantime, Makeda’s downtown Memphis location has since reopened. The Airways Blvd location is still closed, where Dolph was killed.
Dolph’s girlfriend, Mia Jaye, is receiving an overwhelming amount of support, as well. Fans are purchasing more items from her Momeo clothing line. Her “Black Men Deserve To Grow Old” campaign started last year, after her brother was killed. Dolph & Mia have two children together.
According to TMZ, Mia is seeing a lot more orders on her website, since Dolph’s death. It reportedly went from 20 orders per day, to now 250-600 daily. There is also a new Dolph hoodie available, with the Black Men Deserve To Grow Old logo on it, as well.
Ths BMDTHO campaign is also raising money, for victims of gun violence. A brand rep told TMZ that they wanted to sell 3,000 products before the end of this year, but now, that goal is being reached this week.
