Since leaving G-Unit, things have gone from bad to worse for Young Buck. Despite several attempts to relaunch his career, his tries have fallen short of his target. Making matters worse, Young Buck wound up facing weapons charges. The weapons charges came during a raid of his home by the IRS, when weapons were found.

At the 2004 Vibe Awards, Young Buck ended up stabbing a man who had gotten into an altercation with Dr. Dre. Taking the wrap for the whole incident, Young Buck’s record was tarnished. When weapons were discovered in his home, this was in violation of his parole, which led to Young Buck going on trial.

Earlier today, TMZ reported Young Buck officially turned himself in to Yazoo City Medium Security Federal Prison in Southern Mississippi. The eighteen-month prison stint begins and now Young Buck joins T.I., Lil Wayne, Lil’ Boosie, Ja Rule, and a host of other rappers who have been sent to prison over the past five years.
