Moneybagg Yo has arguably been the hottest rapper that Yo Gotti has signed to his CMG record label to date. This continues to be proven based on the numbers he’s been posting since 2016. The Memphis rapper’s latest album was his third, “A Gangsta’s Pain.” This dropped in April and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
A Gangsta’s Pain soon hit the top spot on this chart a few weeks later as well. To celebrate its big wins, Gotti recently gave Moneybagg a new $250,000 Richard Mille watch. This time piece features a red band on it as well as a gray bezel. Moneybagg showed off the watch along with the Billboard plaque.
A Gangsta’s Pain contained 22 tracks in total with appearances from Future, Jhené Aiko BIG30, Polo G, Lil Durk, and more. Some of the lead singles were “Hard For The Next” feat. Future and “GO!” feat. BIG30. This project also marks Moneybagg’s third album since January 2020. The previous projects were the “Code Red” album with fellow CMG artist, Blac Youngsta, and the “Time Served” album.
