On Thursday night, 14-year-old Tyre Sampson tragically lost his life, after falling to his death. This occurred at the ICON Park amusement park in Orlando, on the FreeFall drop tower ride. Sampson wasn’t fully strapped into his seat, and fell from the ride, five seconds in. This ride is the world’s tallest freestanding drop tower, at over 400 feet.

Sampson went on to pass away from his injuries, at a local hospital. That came after deputies arrived at ICON Park, around 11pm. Sampson was viewed as a very good person and was an honor roll student and an aspiring football player.

Tyre also reportedly had a bad feeling about the ride, on his way up. His father told Fox 35 Orlando, that Tyre knew he wasn’t safe, while going up.

“He was panicking when he was going up. When the ride took off, that’s when he was feeling uncomfortable. He was like, ‘What’s going on?’ That’s when he started freaking out, and he was explaining to his friend next to him, ‘I don’t know man. If I don’t make it down, please tell my Mom and Daddy I love them.’ For him to say something like that, he must have felt something.”

Now, YK Osiris is stepping up, to help Tyre’s family. He has taken to social media to volunteer to cover funeral costs. He hopes that the family will reach out to him, on Instagram.

“If anybody know his family, tell them to DM me because I want to pay for his funeral cost,” said Osiris.
