Ella Mai must be tired of Jacquees singing his remix to her hit song “Trip” because she took to twitter to throw a little shade, but she forgot to use her @ button.
Ella tweeted:
“I’d be so embarrassed if someone brung me on stage and the only thing I could sing was someone else’s song because nobody knew my actual music. Poor thing.”
Fans immediately put 2 and 2 together and realized that she was talking about Jacquees. Last night, Tory Lanez brought him out and he sang his remix to Ella’s “Trip” song.
I don’t really see why Ella is upset about him singing a remix to her song when she came up off doing covers of other people’s songs. At this point, the beef is petty.
