YG recently put on a show at Coachella this past weekend where he also paid tribute to his friend and the late Nipsey Hussle prior to his performance. In the midst of this tragedy, he has received some very good news.

According to his close friend Karen Civil, YG’s third studio album ‘Stay Dangerous‘ is now certified gold after reaching 1 billion streams. It was led by the singles ‘Suu Whoop,‘ ‘Handgun‘ feat. A$AP Rocky, and the platinum record ‘Big Bank‘ featuring 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and Nicki Minaj.

Stay Dangerous was definitely one of the hottest albums of 2018, especially in the summer. It’s definitely in the conversation of being YG’s best project.
