A couple of weeks ago, YG received a huge shock when news broke that he got shot. Only days after the Chinx shooting, some fans believed YG, too, was dead. This was not the case, fortunately, and YG is on the mend, back on the scene making moves.
YG had a strong debut and he emerged to be the new force on the hip hop scene in Los Angeles. However, it’s been over a year since YG dropped his album and fans are getting restless. It’s apparent someone on YG’s team reads the social media messages.
Billboard caught up with YG and he talked about his new music, revealing a new album is in the works. The new album is called Still Krazy and it will likely be released sometime in 2016. In regards to the shooting, YG says he doesn’t know who shot him, but he is fortunate he was only shot once and that his main artery wasn’t hit.
