YFN Lucci is now a free man again after being arrested in Atlanta for his alleged involvement in the murder of 28-year-old James Adams. The Think It’s A Game Records rapper was hit with charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Lucci and his crew were reportedly in a shootout with a rival gang in Atlanta in early December and that’s when Adams was shot and Lucci’s crew dumped his body out of their car. Lucci was reportedly the driver, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Lucci was denied bond at the end of January but now, he has now been granted that chance. According to TMZ, he is now free after posting $500,000 bond. He was released at 4pm ET today. There are plenty of regulations that Lucci has to follow in this situation, though. This includes wearing an ankle monitor, surrendering his passport, living in a specific location, and being there from 7PM-7AM.

Aside from these hours, the only things that Lucci can do are meet with his legal team, go to medical appointments, and see his children. He’s also forbidden to contact alleged victims, witnesses, or co-defendants. Gang members or convicted felons are also a no-go. Social media use is also prohibited, something that he uses to promote his music. Lucci also can’t even visit a certain studio in the downtown Atlanta area.

“The bond was negotiated last week and finalized today,” said Lucci’s attorney, Drew Findling. “He was released just before 4 pm. There are a variety of conditions which is somewhat consistent with these cases, which included surrendering his passport.”

In this case 17-year-old Leroy Pitts was also charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. 23-year-old Ra’von Boyd was also arrested and charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
