Most came to know Xzibit when he released his single, “X,” featuring Snoop Dogg and produced by Dr. Dre, in 2000. In the years since then, Xzibit has become a popular media personality. He is likely best-known for hosting “Pimp My Ride” on MTV.
In 2012, Xzibit talked to Hip Hop Vibe about Napalm, his album at the time. Since then, Xzibit has done several music projects, including a joint effort with B-Real and Demrick. It seems as if Xzibit has done it all, except acting.
When “Empire” returns for the final part of season two, Xzibit can mark that off his list. Terrence Howard’s character of Lucious Lyon has no shortage of enemies and Xzibit’s character of Leslie “Shyne” Johnson can be added to the list. “Empire” returns on March 30 at 9 pm.
