XXXTentacion Becomes First Hip-Hop Artist To Have Three Solo Songs With Each Having Over 1 Billion Spotify Streams

In December, XXXTentacion’s second posthumous album, ‘Bad Vibes Forever,’ was released. This was his fourth album in total as it was led by singles such as “Hearteater” and “Bad Vibes Forever” feat. PnB Rock and Trippie Redd, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Tory Lanez, and more were also featured. The project went on to debut at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart.

X’s supporters continue to go hard for him as Bad Vibes Forever ended up officially being his last album. According to Chart Data, he is the first hip-hop artist to have three solo songs with over 1 billion Spotify streams. His previous three albums were ‘17’ in 2017 and ‘?’ and ‘Skins in 2018.

X was originally shot and killed in June of 2018 while leaving a motorcycle dealership in his hometown area of Broward County, FL. Four men approached his car as he was robbed in the process. These men are Dedrick Williams, 22, Michael Boatwright, 22, Trayvon Newsome, 20, and Robert Allen, 22. All have since been charged and are in jail but haven’t been to trial yet.
