Only months after the release of his debut album, Wiz Khalifa revealed he was already working on his sophomore album. Early in 2012, Wiz Khalifa announced the title of his sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C., which is inspired by Prodigy’s H.N.I.C. series. Wiz Khalifa has made several media stops, discussing his new album.
MTV has sat down with many of the biggest hip hop stars over the past week. During these conversations, they have talked to these rappers about their upcoming projects. The name of the series is “Hip Hop Preview.” Wiz Khalifa was the most-recent hip hop artist to sit down and discuss his album.
With the release date around the corner, Wiz Khalifa discussed what to expect on this new album and his inspiration this time around. Wiz Khalifa has appeared on several tracks over the past few months, keeping himself relevant. Currently, Wiz Khalifa is gaining attention for his appearance on Chris Brown’s single, “Til I Die,” which also features Big Sean.
