Yesterday, Wiz Khalifa released his highly-anticipated album, O.N.I.F.C. Wiz Khalifa’s sophomore album boasts the “Work Hard, Play Hard” hit single. Over the past few days, the Taylor Gang boss has made his media rounds. Visiting through New York City, Wiz Khalifa discussed his new album.
Each day for an entire week, Wiz Khalifa kept fans interested by sitting down and discussing each track on the album. Delivering his own album preview, Wiz Khalifa changed the way many think of album promotion. Anticipation dramatically increased for O.N.I.F.C.
With the continued changes, however, Wiz Khalifa’s sales projections are a bit lower for O.N.I.F.C. than they were for Rolling Papers. In his first week, Wiz Khalifa is projected to sell between 135,000 and 145,000. This is compared to selling 197,000 in his first week with his debut.
