“BMF” on Starz, has been a massive success. The series premiered on the network on September 26, as it’s executive produced by 50 Cent. BMF tells the story of the Black Family Family, led by successful Detroit drug dealers in, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory.
Big Meech’s son plays the role of Big Meech, while Da’Vinchi plays the role of Southwest T. Last weekend, 50 Cent blasted Starz, for leaking the latest episode. BMF was initially scheduled to take the week off, with the next episode being set to air on November 14.
In this episode, “White Boy Rick” is introduced, as Eminem plays this role. Rick was a 14-year-old informant for the FBI, but was then with a life sentence at 17, for cocaine distribution. He was granted parole in 2017 though, and was released in August 2020, after serving 32 years, in prison.
50 has since showed Eminem love for playing this role, and the actual White Boy Rick also loves the job that Eminem did. VladTV has since texted the real Rick, Richard Wershe Jr, to get his thoughts on Eminem’s role. He had nothing but high praise, as he replied “Eminem is awesome! And it was an honor! Detroit!!!”
