Philadelphia is back in the game and much of the attention has gone to such figures as Meek Mill, Tone Trump, Freeway, Trel Mack, Cassidy, Eve, and Beanie Sigel. Often overlooked is Philadelphia’s street legend, Warchyld. Making an impact on the mixtape game, Warchyld linked with DJ Kay Slay.

Warchyld teamed up with DJ Kay Slay and they began working on The Streets is Back, which was due last month. However, due to Hurricane Sandy, the East Coast was shut down for most of November 2012. Still, Warchyld is preparing to release his mixtape with DJ Kay Slay.

Delayed from its original date, Warchyld plans to release The Streets is Back in eleven days. Fans can now expect the project to impact the internet on December 15. The project can be considered an early Christmas present from Warchyld. In the meantime, Warchyld and DJ Kay Slay will continue promoting their project.
