It’s an interesting time in New Jersey right now, many of the older rappers are transitioning. While this is going on, many newcomers have entered the game and found success, Fetty Wap being one of them. His “Trap Queen” single has taken off, getting play on Hot 97 and Power 105.1.
Fetty Wap is one of the rising stars in New Jersey and he’s someone the other rising stars are paying attention to. His career reached new heights this summer, quite similar to Bobby Shmurda from Brooklyn. Currently, Fetty Wap is putting in that work and it led him and Bobby Shmurda to meet.
Bobby Shmurda emerged as a star in the industry with his “Hot Nigga” single taking the game over. Meanwhile, Fetty Wap is still emerging and making his name more known. These two ran into each other, recently, at an event and their meeting was shared on Instagram.
