The Drill music scene has shocked a lot of people, because of how young and how dangerous these guys’ lyrics are. Fredo Santana was one of the first Drill artists to emerge, being shouted out by Lil Reese on Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like.” Going on to have more solo success, Fredo Santana is making bigger moves on his own.
Many have said that all these younger artists need is for someone to give them guidance. It looks like this might be beginning to happen, as Fredo Santana met a cultural icon, recently. Back in the day, Louis Farrakhan intervened in hip hop, several times, holding summits and mediating artists.
Recently, Fredo Santana attended an event and Louis Farrakhan was there. He walked over to Minister Farrakhan and he got a photo with him. Fredo Santana shared the photo with Louis Farrakhan on his Instagram for the whole world to see and this shows there is potential.
