When Wale first began to make noise, there was a lot of hype surrounding him. But, he fell flat when he first came out, due to his original label not understanding him. Trips to Miami and meetings with Rick Ross led to the proper understanding and Wale gaining necessary freedom.
This has led Wale to The Album About Nothing, his fourth studio album, with Jerry Seinfeld. The album is directly based off the iconic “Seinfeld” sitcom, of which Wale is a big fan. Early on, Wale was met with negative reviews with The Album About Nothing, but this has changed.
