Waka Flocka Says Minorities Can’t Contract Coronavirus [VIDEO]

The coronavirus continues to become a serious pandemic everywhere as we continue to see concerts, sporting events, and more continue to get postponed/suspended/ or canceled over fears of it spreading. We’ve seen tours from Post Malone and Billie Eilish being some of the major events from artists that have been affected by the virus. As far as sports, leagues such as the NBA, NHL, MLS, and PGA Tour have stopped all events. The NCAA has also postponed/canceled all of their current spring sports, including the famous NCAA Tournament in men’s and women’s basketball.

Waka Flocka recently stopped by Real 92.3 in Los Angeles with his wife Tammy Rivera and they were asked about the coronavirus. Flocka made the bold claim that minorities can’t contract it. This has been a popular belief until Utah Jazz stars, Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, were tested positive for it this week.

“Minorities can’t catch it. We all descended from the same persons. Now, did we catch it? It hit the people passing through our airport (Atlanta), it ain’t touch them, soulful folks.”

At this point, the coronavirus should be taken seriously and anyone in the world can get it. Hopefully, things slow down soon though as far as the total cases and things can finally get back to normal in the world.
