With all the media attention Waka Flocka Flame has received since bursting onto the scene over two years ago, it is often overlooked he has not released a new album since then. However, on the mixtape level, Waka Flocka Flame has kept things going. Teaming up with French Montana, Waka has created several hits. On his own, he created an anthem with “Round of Applause,” and his new single “I Don’t Really Care.”
Despite releasing the first single from his second album, Triple F Life, back in August, the album was not scheduled for release until 2012. Much of the talk surrounding Waka Flocka Flame has been about his live performances and his mixtapes. However, with seven months passing since the release of the first single, many are starting to wonder when the album is going to be released. The wait is almost over.
Realizing the people are ready for a new album, Waka Flocka Flame got on his Twitter to announce when he would release his new album. Waka Flocka Flame revealed he would release Triple F Life on June 12.
