During the late 1980s into the early 1990s, Vanilla Ice became one of the biggest rappers in the game. He was one of the most-successful white rappers in history. Of course, this title would wind up being handed to another artist at the end of the decade.
But, Vanilla Ice was one of the original hip hop artists to find a career in reality television. Years after the fact, Vanilla Ice starred in “The Surreal Life” and parlayed that into a reality TV show career. Currently, he stars in a reality show where he flips houses.
Vanilla Ice, however, has returned to the headlines for another reason. A story that broke this afternoon reports of Vanilla Ice being arrested. He was taken in for grand theft of a residential burglary, stealing a pool heater, furniture, bicycles, and other items from a Florida home he believed to be vacant.
