Presented by Robert Curry, of Day26 and MTV’s “Making the Band” fame, the U Rock Tour has opened a new avenue for independent artists. Partnering with major record labels, the tour is helping scout for the celebrities of future years. Entering in to fifteen markets, the artists on the tour have the chance to win various prizes, including cash and a record deal.

Until recently, artists have had to pay to be a part of the tour. Realizing there are many talented artists who do not have the budget to pay to be on tour, the U Rock Tour has decided to offer a free package. Now, any artists who is interested in being on the tour can easily become a part of it.

Participants of the U Rock Tour will have the chance to be heard by major record label executives from numerous companies. In addition to being exposed to a large audience, artists also have the opportunity to sell their products. Executives will be signing artists at every stop on the tour.

The finalists will compete for $10,000 in cash and prizes, a record deal, a tour contract, and studio time. Those who are interested in being a part of the U Rock Tour can leave them an email message at [email protected].
