In 2011, the “New West” finally had mainstream breakout success, when Tyga landed a big hit with “Rack City.” The Los Angeles emcee previously had topped Billboard, as a featured artist on Chris Brown’s “Deuces.” Both collaborated on a mixtape in 2010 and have continued working closely with each other.
Chris Brown has faced all kinds of adversity over the past couple of years. This year, he finally came to terms with all of his problems and moved on from it, creating X along the way. During the week of the release of X, Chris Brown talked to Hip Hop Vibe about the album and the success of his singles.
Tyga, Chris Brown, and Trey Songz are on the “Between The Sheets” tour and making their media rounds. Recently, Revolt TV had the chance to talk to the trio and Tyga revealed some big news. He revealed he and Chris Brown have a joint album that could come early next year.
