This morning, YG’s Red Friday leaked and the internet has been taking it in all day. Seeing how Friday was in the title of the project and it was a pun on Black Friday, it was time specific. Because of this, it was a bit odd that he’d leak his own project.
That fact is especially true since YG is also selling each copy of the album for $100. Whatever the case, the album is out and on his official page on AudioMack. Everyone is happy about hearing the new music, but YG is upset.
After finding out what happened, YG took to Twitter to blast his longtime label home, Def Jam. He has gone off on a rant and his fans have joined him. They are all on the “F Def Jam” rant.
