Yesterday, most survived the end of the world. With the focus off of the Mayans, attention shifts back to Christmas. Despite everything that has happened, Christmas is still around the corner. Thus far, Troy Ave and Cliff Po have put together projects inspired by the Christmas season.
Troy Ave, who represents Brooklyn, put together White Christmas, which is hosted by DJ Holiday. Rising to fame over the past few years, DJ Holiday is primarily known for doing mixtapes with Gucci Mane and Brick Squad. For DJ Holiday, doing a mixtape with an outside artist is a major look.
Last week, Troy Ave began promoting his White Christmas tape, which he calls a collector’s edition. White Christmas features all of the songs and singles Troy Ave has leaked over the past few weeks. Yesterday, in addition to the official cover, Troy Ave also released the White Christmas track listing.
