Trina talks “catty women,” joint album with Trick Daddy, and “Love & Hip Hop Miami” with #DrinkChamps [VIDEO]

The past few years have seen Trina return to the spotlight. Since 2012, she’s consistently had new projects out and she has maintained her strong voice in the game. During the time when there were few female rappers, Trina was always doing her thing.

Trina, after seeing the success Fat Joe and Remy Ma had, came together with Trick Daddy for a joint album. So far, they have a couple of records, floating around online. In addition to the music, both are on the “Love & Hip Hop Miami” cast.

Ahead of this upcoming work, Trina stopped by “Drink Champs,” sitting down with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN. During the interview, she spoke about females in the game, leading to a discussion about Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj, where she chose no side. She’d also speak on her history with Trick Daddy, Luke, and Rick Ross, before speaking on “Love & Hip Hop Miami.”
