In the rap game, Ja Rule went through a lot, despite being the biggest rapper in the world at one point. A lot has been said about the downfall of Ja Rule, but all people can really say is things happen all the time that cannot be explained. Among this is Ja Rule, who has become one of hip hop’s biggest underdogs.
Before his prison stint and his legal issues, Ja Rule was cast opposite Adrienne Bailon in the film, I’m in Love with a Church Girl. Anything but an underdog is Ja Rule in this upcoming flick. Ja Rule plays the role of a charming, powerful, drug dealer who falls for the daughter of a preacher.
Earlier this week, the official trailer for I’m in Love with a Church Girl was released to the public. Once again, Ja Rule is focused on his film career and this movie will be hitting the big screen. I’m in Love with a Church Girl will hit movie theaters later this fall on October 18.
