Grand Hustle Records had a pretty big year in 2013 even when it didn’t quite look like it to the public. At a time when crews have made themselves relevant in hip hop again, T.I. acted quickly and mobilized Grand Hustle. Going by Hustle Gang, T.I. announced his departure from Atlantic Records and began shopping another deal.
In the meantime, the members of the camp have simply put out some of the hottest songs to drop this year. Trae Tha Truth joined Hustle Gang in the midst of this transition and he has done well. Currently, Trae Tha Truth is gearing up for the release of his latest project, I Am King.
Yesterday, Trae Tha Truth introduced the people to his I Am King project by getting them familiar with the track listing. Already, the cover for the project has been out and people have paid attention. The track listing suggests B.o.B., Lil Reese, Jadakiss, Meek Mill, T.I., Da Brat, Yo Gotti, and more make appearances.
