It’s almost here! The approaching fifth installment for the “Chixtape” series seems to be closer than we think. The rumors surrounding the release of ‘Chixtape 5’ began circulating after a video was posted on Tory Lanez’s Twitter on December 7th, 2018. Fans also learned about Tory sampling T-Pain’s 2005 debut single, “I’m Sprung,” off of his debut album ‘Rappa Ternt Sanga’ for the upcoming project.

There is a huge possibility that the project is already done, considering Lanez spoke about it during an interview with Los Angeles’ Real 92.3. Last night (January 10th), Tory took to Twitter to tell fans to join him on Instagram live today (Friday, January 11th) for some surprises. The ‘LoVE mE NOw?’ multifaceted artist had a busy year in 2018 as he dropped two full-length projects ‘Memories Don’t Die’ (March 2nd, 2018) and ‘LoVE mE NOw?’ (October 26th, 2018). Along with these releases, towards the end of the year, Tory challenged many artists on their lyrical skill set, kicking off a lyrical challenge on social media.
Tory Lanez seems to already be kicking off 2019 with non-stop bangers! He is featured on Bhad Bhabie’s newest release ‘Babyface Savage’ which is already garnering massive buzz. But now, he may be up to something of his own and we can probably expect more projects sooner than we thought. Who knows he maybe announcing the the forthcoming project’s release date! Stay tuned!
