Tory Lanez Questions Claims Made By LAPD Detective, Who Said That Tory Told Megan Thee Stallion “Dance B*tch,” When He Allegedly Shot Her

On Tuesday, Tory Lanez had a preliminary hearing, for his shooting case, involving Megan Thee Stallion. Megan accused Tory of shooting her in her feet, back in July 2020. This was after the two had been partying in Los Angeles, as the shooting reportedly occurred at 4:30am.

At the hearing, LAPD Det. Ryan Stogner claimed that Tory told Megan, “Dance, b*tch, dance!” when he shot her. He also claimed that Megan told him that Tory was drunk, at the time of the incident.

Tory is now taking to Twitter, to question the validity of what Stogner said, in court. Tory said that his attorney (Shawn Holley) stated evidence that proved his innocence, but false reports were leaked to the media.

“NAH … i need someone to REPORT what was REALLY said in court today, 45 minutes of my lawyer stating contradictory evidence that proves my innocence should never come back as one false story forced to the media.”

Tory’s legal team also added that he said “I was just trying to protect my girl.” This hinted that he and Megan were dating at the time. The argument in the car that they were in that night, also allegedly was caused after Kelsey Nicole, Megan’s ex-best friend, was said to have been jealous of the two.

If Tory is convicted, he faces 22 years and eight years, in prison. His trial date is now set for January 13.
