Tory Lanez sued for foreclosure on Miami condo

A few weeks ago, Tory Lanez was trending on social media, after subliminally going at it with Megan Thee Stallion online, again. This is in regards to his 2021 gun case, where Megan accused him of shooting her, that summer. Tory initially plead not guilty to these charges, but faces 22 years and eight months in prison, if convicted.

Tory now has more legal woes ahead, this time, in Miami. According to documents obtained by Radar Online, the Toronto rapper is now being sued, due to a foreclosure on his Miami condo. He reportedly wasn’t making payments on the property, as this lawsuit has now been brought on by BH 4908 LLC.

The property that Tory was using, was a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,182 sq. ft. penthouse, in 2018. He is also said to have taken out a  $1.26 million loan with BH 4908. The mortgage reportedly states that Tory agreed to make monthly payments of $11,057.40 and also “one large balloon payment,” in December 2021.

Tory is being accused of defaulting the payments as well, which includes the balloon payment. That payment is said to be totaled at $1,237,456.06. As of now, Tory owes that amount, plus interest.

As of now, Tory is still living in this Miami condo. BH 4908 LLC is looking to get a court to approve on the foreclosure, and auction it off. In addition to the foreclosure and auction, BH 4909 LLC wants Tory to pay any difference between the amount the home is sold for and the amount owed.
